Concrete Therapy Running Club is a social running club based in Bristol. We meet every Sunday, between 8 and 9, to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of running. We welcome runners of all abilities, from beginners to marathon runners. We run a variety of 5 and 10k routes around the Bristol and Bath area (we like to keep things fresh), and often stop for a coffee and chat post run.
We love to welcome new members to share our passion for running and all the health benefits it offers. All our routes are completely free, and there is no financial commitment.
